Module écuelles en bois pour les lapins

Medium Bowl Unit

Please excuse us but following a significant increase in the price of wood, we are unfortunately forced to pass on part of this increase on the price of the various products made by our carpenter.

The unit with the two integrated bowls, one for water and the other for food, is extremely practical since rabbits often have the annoying tendency to throw their bowls in the air. With this unit, this problem will only be a bad memory now 😉 The wood used is untreated and unpainted pine. The two stainless steel bowls have a diameter of 13 cm. This unit could be placed next to the medium litter box with hay rack in order to have the perfect little corner for your rabbit. It is exactly the same height.

This bowl is handcrafted and made in France

Wood: untreated and unpainted pine

Dimensions: L 35.5 cm / W 17 cm / H 11 cm

Stainless steel bowls: diameter 13 cm

Dust Free Meadow Hay

Hay, the staple food for rabbits

Did you know that there is a food that our rabbits can eat at will, that does not make them fat, but on the contrary, is essential to their health, maintains their teeth and contributes to a better digestion? Well, it’s hay!

Every day, your rabbit should consume the equivalent of its body volume in hay. It should be offered to him at will, and left at his disposal at all times. Moreover, you will quickly see that this is not only good for his body: looking for the best strand, the one that crunches perfectly under the tooth, the one that smells better than the others… it’s a healthy activity that will keep your rabbit busy for many hours!

Several models of rabbit hay racks are available in your Rabbits World store. You can opt for a litter box with hay rack.

There are more decorative models like the Romarin hay rack which is a big hit in the store.

A French, dust free, low-calcium hay

This hay is harvested with the greatest care. Indeed, instead of being dried in the meadow, this hay once harvested will be dried for several weeks in a barn in order to reduce any climatic hazards on the quality of the hay. Although this hay is free of pesticides, it is not certified organic. It has two major assets:

  1. It is a meadow hay for rabbits that is dust-free in order to reduce as much as possible pathologies related to the respiratory system of rabbits: inflammation or obstruction of the deep respiratory tract resulting in coughing or secretion of mucus.
  2. This is a meadow hay for rabbits that is very low in calcium with a 2.53g/kg of dry matter. Indeed, the producer chose to favor a hay rich in grasses and free of legumes (clover, lucerne rich in calcium).

This hay is therefore recommended for adult rabbits (growth completed), for rabbits with respiratory problems or kidney stones. It is even advisable to mix the hay to diversify the nutritional intake of your long-eared companion. Don’t you know which hay to choose? Try our discovery box, it will allow your little companion to choose from all our hay varieties!

Available in three packaging options: 1kg (delivered in a box), 2kg (delivered in a paper bag) and 4kg (delivered in a box). The hay is packed in our warehouse by the Rabbits World team.

Vivienne’s take: this hay has a very particular color, I can certify you Golden Poops of any beauty! 🙂

Rabbits World Nutriscore: Hay being the basic food of rabbits, this one can and should be given at will.
