Brussels sprout, raw

Chou de Bruxelles pour lapin

Like all cabbages, to be given in small quantities
The leaves must be green and fresh.

Only the cabbage itself is edible, the other parts of the plant being toxic. You can give up to 1 cabbage per day, taking care to give it only to rabbits used to greenery, and only over a short period of time because Brussels sprouts contain chemical compounds that destroy the nutrients of other vegetables.
