Mesclun is a mixture of at least 5 varieties of lettuces; unfortunately, it is difficult to know the proportions of each. It is therefore important to check the composition of the mixture, but also to make sure that the balance of the plate is preserved (by not overusing, for example, chicory or spinach). In fact, if you make up the mixture yourself, respecting the proportions, the mesclun can be offered to your little friend. If not, you should rather buy individual varieties.
