Parsley, fresh

Persil pour lapin

From the carrot family (yes, yes!), you can imagine that in addition to being edible, parsley is quite successful with our rabbits.

Be careful, however, to give only green stems, as they become toxic when they turn yellow. And if you have the choice, prefer flat parsley to curly parsley, because it is richer in vitamins. Finally, you should know that it is better to avoid giving it to pregnant or nursing rabbits, as it tends to cut off lactation.
